It was so gorgeous today that when I woke up I couldn’t wait to start walking and I wanted to see the sun coming up over the River Lee. The sun was shining and there was only a gentle breeze, but it was quite chilly and I wore my red wool scarf.
While we were walking it was remarkable how many others on the path commented on the day, calling it gorgeous and saying we were lucky to have such a day. I’ve never seen people more patient with bad weather and glad for good weather as Irish people.
While walking I saw an unusual sight.
It was so lovely to see three hardy individuals displaying such lovely balance. I admire it and envy it.
Hopefully after a few months of walking an hour per day minimum I will gain balance and hopefully strength and agility.
So fair play to ye, paddle boarders!
