Today I did 1 out of 3 km solo! Neal and I took a 2 km route to ALDI where we shopped, then Neal walked home with the groceries while I walked to B&Q via the Greenway, another 1 km. Neal met me with the car and we shopped for flowers to plant tomorrow.
I did not count the time walking around in ALDI or B&Q. Step total on map my walk was 5.4 k steps. My pedometer added more for the store walking giving me a total of 6572.
