Sunrise, Blarney and River Lee Ship
Today was a great day for walking! Plus I saw my wonderful podiatrist Laura at Achille’s Health today. She made my feet over new, then added a pad to my orthotic to take away my heel pain, and gave me some new exercises to do.
I started walking before sunrise but I was not the only one out. Rowers looked beautiful from my red bench on the shore.
After breakfast Neal and I drove to Blarney and explored the Fern Garden.
Then we had a meeting down at Blackrock Village with Helen from Lee to Sea. Afterward I saw a lovely ship named Angela being tugged out of port.
